He is an Executive Sommelier, level 1 & 2 from the Internetional Wine Guild and a level 1 from the Court of Master Sommeliers. Philippe is yet another transplant wine buyer from Harvest Ranch in Del Mar, as was our former blonde bomb-shell... Allie DeKock.
