MONSTER WINE BUYING DAY
 
Every Tuesday is our big wine buying day. The sales reps and wine makers from everywhere converge on our store to sell us their wares. On a typical day we'll taste over 200 wines and pick the best from the best. Since this day is so hectic for us, we offer 5-10 bar top wines, all $1 tastes, all day to the public in addition to the 24 or so wines on tap from the Great Wall Of Wines.

Wednesday has another great tasting venue that we do all day long. The theme is wines from around the world that give us the biggest bang for the buck for around $20-$25 retail.

What better way to Celebrate our independence than with great wines, a straight from the BBQ, juicy all American Cheese Burger smothered with your favorite toppings, Deviled Eggs, baked beans and a helping of Mom's Potato Salad.

Saturday evening we're lighting up the BBQ and calling out all the nasty flying bugs in the neighborhood for a real American Celebration.

SPANISH-Porrón TASTING EVENT $20

DRINK WINE ... LIVE, LOVE LAUGH

A porrón is a sort of decanter or pitcher used in Spain to serve and drink wine. Porrones are an old and traditional way to store and to share wine with a group of people. Porrones can be glass or ceramic and can keep exposure to the air to a minimum. They are wide at the bottom and have a long, thin neck and usually are fit with a cork. At the bottom is a long spout which is used for pouring.

We'll be pouring traditional red and white wine concoctions from the porrón plus 4-wines from Spains best of the best. Words of wisdom: It is advised to where nothing you don't wine on. Tasty Tapas and tacky protective Bibs are provided.
