Shipping: We will act on the buyers behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver wine to the buyers shipping address. Once wine has left our storage facility, the buyer is solely responsible to recover any loss for or damage by the transportation method and carrier selected in the check out process. All orders are shipped same or next day of order, 3-5 day UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. It is highly recommended to ship 2 day air, especially in the summer months, to avoid prolonged exposure of wine to extreme temperatures and extended handling. All bottles shipped are 750 ml unless otherwise noted and packaged in recycled or double walled packing material. There is no additional charge for packing materials. Insurance added on request for an additional fee. Payment: California sales tax is payable on goods delivered within California (currently 7.75%). Payment can be made using Visa, Master Card, Discover or Paypal.

 

Warranty: We make no warranty, expressed or implied concerning wine sold. Every effort is made to ensure wine purchased is what its label describes, and that is it of sound quality and good to excellent provenance. However, due to the nature of older vintage wines, all wine is sold as is and are final once shipped. All prices and availability are subject to change without notice. WholesaleWinesDirect.com is not responsible for typographical errors and reserves the right to change incorrect pricing, product quantity and all other information at its discretion.

 

Wine Club Terms
By providing payment information, I agree to have my credit card billed for wine, tax, and shipping. All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation as to the rights of anyone to import wine into any state outside of California.

The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order where you want it delivered. Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old, and the person to whom your wine will be delivered is also at least 21 years old. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.

We can only ship to those states noted on our order form page. If we cannot ship to your state, we recommend using All Ways Cool (707-545-7450) or 55 Degrees (707-963-5513) as a wine storage or shipping alternate. Please note, some states have shipping restrictions and / or may require us to collect your applicable state sales tax. Your order will be calculated accordingly.

Club members are responsible for supplying North County Wine Company with any address changes, two weeks prior to shipment. If a shipment goes to an old address, the member is responsible for all charges incurred for shipping and return of the wine.

Club members are responsible for supplying North County Wine Company with any credit card changes, two weeks prior to shipment. If a credit card is declined and not updated within two weeks, your allocation and club status may be forfeited.

The wine release schedule is subject to change.

Club members will receive wines from North County Wine Company throughout the year. Each member will be automatically billed at the term inwhich the member has signed up for less any applicable Wine Club discounts.
